Teachable point of view: True leadership is all about service to others. Many times in our careers we are faced with choices and opportunities that we may not always have an answer too. As I was once told, "Follow me, I'm right behind you".
Qualifications: I have a BS in Accounting and a MBA with a concentration in Management. I have served as a Safety Peer Consultant with BGCA and as a consultant for career consultations. Informally, I have mentored dozens of Club professionals within my local organization and throughout other organizations as well. Business experience: I have been provided the opportunity to serve as CEO, COO, VP of Operations, Unit Director, Camp Director, and Camp Counselor on my 21 year career in the Movement. I have led teams as large as 150 individuals in multiple counties and as small as 3 individuals in one unit. I have served in rural and urban communities. Adriana Rendon BGC of Edinburg RGV, CEO
Teachable point of view: Having someone to bounce ideas off of, someone to inspire us, encourage and sometimes sees more in within us that needs to be brought out. Thankful to mentors I have had that have seen what I sometimes didn't see myself and gave of their time to help me grow.

Previous mentoring experiences have taught be its about ability and willingness to share and communicate. My hope is that my operational and project management background as well the different roles I have had will prove beneficial in my role as a mentor.
