ETHICS OF PERSONAL BEHAVIOR
The professional shall place service first, be aware of his or her influence for good on the lives of youth and behave accordingly. The professional shall constantly demonstrate personal integrity and adhere to standards set by the community for professional persons.

ETHICS OF THE PROFESSIONAL | CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
The professional shall be dedicated to providing competent service to club members with compassion and respect for human dignity.

ETHICS OF THE PROFESSIONAL | COLLEAGUE RELATIONSHIPS
The professional shall treat colleagues with respect, fairness, courtesy and good faith while providing a network of support.

ETHICS OF THE PROFESSIONAL | EMPLOYER RELATIONSHIPS
The professional shall honor all commitments to the employing organization.

ETHICS OF THE PROFESSIONAL | COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS
The professional shall recognize a responsibility to participate in activities
contributing to an improved community.

ETHICS OF THE PROFESSIONAL TO THE PROFESSION
The professional shall continue to study, apply and advance methods and programs that will enhance the integrity of the profession.

The professional shall recognize the importance of diversity while supporting and
promoting diversity in club members, staff, boards, national staff and local
community.

As a member of the professional association I dedicate myself to the service of youth.

I will undertake to use my professional knowledge and skills to the advancement of the interest of youth in all Aspects of their lives.

I recognize the labor and study and techniques which have been developed by my predecessors and will strive to add to this body of knowledge all that I learn through experience, training and insight.

I will so live and work as to justify the trust and Confidence reposed in members of the professional Association.

I will undertake at all times to live according to the Standards set by the code of ethics of the professional Association.
