JULIUS LOTT MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship was created by The Professional Association and SOAAP in memory of a long time member of both organizations. Julius Lott spent 32 years as a Boys & Girls Clubs professional (1984-2016) in local clubs and on the national staff of Boys & Girls Clubs of America. He was the Vice President of Diversity for Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Treasurer of The Professional Association for many years, and a member of SOAAP. Julius was committed to broadening diversity and inclusion in The Movement and integrated issues of equity and diversity in everything he did.

One scholarship will be awarded annually at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America National Conference. The recipient of this scholarship must use the award of $1,000 to attend one of the Regional Conferences.
