Ronnie Hewett Memorial Scholarship Fund

Ronnie would often say “Children make up 25% of the population but 100% of our Future” 

Ronnie dedicated his life and career to serving young people for over 41 years with the Boys & Girls Clubs.  He had worked for Clubs in Florida, South Carolina, California and BGCA (Pacific Region).

The Ronnie Hewett Memorial Scholarship fund was established in 2012 by The Professional Association.   A $1,000  Scholarship is awarded each year to the National Professional of the Year at the National Conference.  

Ronnie believed in training and mentoring of young professionals and was always available to help them.  He served many years on the Professional Association Board and was named the National Executive of the Year in 2008.

We are asking all professionals to help keep Ronnie’s Legacy alive by making a contribution to the Ronnie Hewett Memorial Scholarship fund.
