Glenn Permuy Contribution to the Profession Award is presented to a TPA member who has made a significant contribution towards the advancement of the Boys & Girls Club Movement during the course of their career. His or her belief in the principles of diversity, equality and empowerment must be the hallmark of their work within the Boys & Girls Club’s Movement. We are introducing two new awards this year: Mission Impact Award is presented to a TPA member senior leader who is shaking things up in the best way: through strategy, innovation, and measurable impact. The recipient will be an executive, director, or other senior leader with at least one year of service demonstrating forward-thinking leadership, innovative solutions, long-term improvements, community advocacy, and mentorship. Great Futures Trailblazer Award is presented to a TPA member who is a frontline hero working directly with kids, those who inspire, empower, and make a hands-on difference. The recipient will be frontline staff with at least six months of service who provides exceptional youth engagement, high-quality programming, creativity, and team spirit. We are retiring two awards this year. Congratulations to all of the previous years' winners of Executive of the Year Award and the Professional of the Year Award. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Distinguished Service Awards are presented at the national conference to members of TPA.
